I have dealt with several Property Management companies in the past to lease my residential home, and never had such an unpleasant experience as I did with Property manager and owner Shannon Eoff.To provide diagnostic services in a hospital and/or clinical setting, to include clerical duties as required. We have used their services to rent our house over the years as we have been living overseas. We have nothing but good reports regarding Shannon and Chehalem Property Management. It took months for someone to come out and simply jiggle the handle of a leaking. If you have any issues, don't expect a call back any time soon.
Where do I begin? Maintenance is nonexistent. My husband and I are moving cross country and have opted to hang on to our home as an investment. Working with Shannon and Denise of CPM has been an absolute pleasure. Their management fees are fair, and I have found them to be very responsive to my tenant's. Chehalem Property Management has been managing my rental homes in Newberg for about 11 years now.
